Las Vegas Spas

Las Vegas spas are the perfect places to indulge in when you're visiting, vacationing or getting married in Las Vegas. We travel for $20 a day which covers food, gas, and lodging. Obviously when we hit the spas and get a massage or nail job, it costs more than that. Still sometimes we splurge. It's a great way to spend your afternoon before going out to dinner and a show on the Strip.

You've heard that Vegas is the wedding capital, the entertainment capital and the honeymoon capital of the world. But did you know it's also the spa capital? Every hotel and casino has a spa and there are just as many sumptuous spas off the Strip. They offer an amazing array of services with professional massage therapists to accommodate you. I've highlighted 3 of the best Las Vegas spas for you.

The Spa Bellagio boasts a new two-story 65,000 square foot spa with lounge areas, juice bars, Vichy showers, hydrotherapy rooms, 56 treatment rooms, a 6,000 square foot exercise facility, a meditation room, VIP and private couples rooms. They offer all the standard body treatments as well as salon and barber services. It's the only spa in Vegas that offers a watsu treatment - floating in warm water combined with Shiatsu stretches.

The spas in Las Vegas like the one in this picture are known for their impeccable service and treatments. You should take advantage of this amenity while in Vegas. The Canyon Ranch SpaClub at The Venetian has some unique services including a 60-minute Canyon Stone Massage and a 100-minute Euphoria body treatment. The spa takes up a whole floor in the Venetian with 69,000 square feet of fitness gyms, whirlpool baths, locker rooms, treatment rooms, exercise classrooms, saunas, a beauty salon and more.

Picture yourself getting exquisite spa treatments in Las Vegas.

They also specialize in nutritional counseling and you can relax in their healthy gourmet spa café. Of all the Las Vegas spas, it's the only casino spa with a rock climbing wall. They also offer classes in prevention of sports injury, team-building activities and educational workshops.

Qua Baths & Spa at Caesars Palace has several unique amenities in a full Roman experience. In its 50,000 square foot facility, you will find a state-of-the-art fitness center with music and TV options on every machine, Roman baths, facials, 51 treatment rooms and 35 massage studios. You can soak in their hydrotherapy tubs, or visit the Swarovski crystal body art room. When it gets too hot in the summer for you, stop by their Artic Ice room and feel the snow falling down from the ceiling. When you're in the tea lounge, a tea sommelier will create a special beverage designed for your taste buds. How about a hot chocolate shea butter sugar scrub? You can consult with acupuncturists, exercise physiologists and physical therapists. It's one of the largest spas in North America and has won a multitude of awards, including a 4-Star rating by Mobil Travel Guide 4 years in a row. Couples can indulge in the banana leaf body wrap, a stone massage or Ayurvedic journey.

These spas are typically open until 8pm or 9pm. Services are available for both men and women. Their décor is as grand and luxurious as the casinos themselves. I strongly recommend you contact the companies on this page for up-to-date pricing, minimums and details.

Hotel Platinum Spa Las Vegas

The spa is conveniently located just one block off the Strip on Flamingo at Koval. It is a non-smoking, non-gaming boutique hotel offering large, elegant suites. It's a great getaway when you don't want to be around the smoke and noise of a casino. Hotel Platinum is a combination of upscale hotel condominium and spa. Personal service is their trademark. Other non-gaming casinos on or near the Strip include the Renaissance and the "Four Seasons."

Hotel Platinum spa Las Vegas is situated on the fourth floor of the hotel. It also has meeting facilities for small to medium sized groups. Your own personalized staff is there to assist your needs for your event. Group packages are available. The WELL Spa has a spacious fitness center as well as indoor and outdoor pool. Drinks and food can also be had. It's not as large as the spas at the Bellagio or the Venetian, but this hotel offers an alternative experience to big and anonymous.

The full-service spa offers facials, aromatherapies and body treatments that are the perfect sanctuary. Facials are hydrating and purifying using clay and algae, honey and hibiscus. Restore with a collagen mask and calm the redness with Idebenone. Upgrades include lip blooming or fruity peels. Make-up and lash applications are also available.

There are a variety of massages including Swedish, aromatherapy with your choice of scent and deep tissue for particular needs. Foot reflexology, hot stone massage and prenatal massages are also on top of the list. Consult our sponsors on this page for additional information on massage.

After your massage, order a scrub or detoxify with a warm mud therapy in combination with a face and scalp massage. Their botanical wrap will keep your skin glowing. The Hotel Platinum spa Las Vegas also offers manicure and pedicures including alpha-hydroxy treatments, pomegranate, kiwi-coconut and other flavored aromas. Warm paraffin can be added to any manicure or pedicure. Couples and Las Vegas bachelorette parties can have their own 'side-by-side' parties, body painting or massages using aromatherapy or detoxifying mud. Men have their own services with massages, back scrubs and manicures. Order a mango-ginger or green tea body treatment in your suite and experience the ultimate relaxation.

Insider Secret - During the fall season, Hotel Platinum screens viewings of the TV show, Grey's Anatomy. It welcomes all fans at these Thursday night parties.
